Hello November, I'm coming for you!!

So, I think October won.  October definitely had me beat.  Worn out and tired, I can feel the cold weather blah's coming on and October was not productive.  I feel like I trudged through last month in a fog and it's time to get a hold of things and pull back out of it.  So, November here I come and I plan to win.

For Starters, November means getting back to the Y and exercising.  I had glorious plans of getting into shape, losing some added pounds, pouding the pavement..  I mean, both my kids are in school ALL day now.. I have hours upon hours to exercise and it JUST. HAS. NOT. HAPPENED.  And I could beat myself up over it.  In fact, the jeans getting tighter are doing a fine job of that themselves.. Instead, I'm hitting the Y this month and setting a goal again of 30in30.  I did this a while ago - with running..  30 miles  of running in 30 days..  I'm no where ready to be running 30 miles this month, but I can walk.  Easy Peasy.  This morning I started.  2 miles on the treadmill baby.  #2of30.  Knocking it out.  HA.  Who wants to join me?  Just hashtag your progress..  twitter it, facebook it..  intstagram it..  whatevs..  just do it.  30in30.

Also, Worship.  I'm declaring this a month of worship.  If I am going to get through this winter; the coldness, the bleakness, the blahness..  then I need to worship..  every day and all day.  So, I'm filling this place with worship.  My voice will be praising my Lord, my focus is on Him.  I want to live abundantly..  Ya'll John 10:10.. - Jesus tells us that HE has come that we may have life and have it ABUNDANTLY.  Even in winter.  And I truly believe with all that I am, that abundant life in Christ comes through a posture of worshipping him.   So, I'll make beds and worship Jesus.  I'll pick up lego's and worship Jesus.  I'll fold wash and do dishes and pick up my kids from school, and make dinner, and walk my 30 miles and sleep and eat and talk with students and plan programs and pray with complete abandon all in an act of worshipping my Savior.

I'm coming for ya November and this time..  I'm winning.  Or Worshipping.
What's your favorite act of worship?
